We ship all of our parcels via APC or DHL couriers. Once shipped most orders are dispatched on a 48 hour delivery service to UK mainland. Other areas including the Highlands and Islands can take up to 5 days for delivery. For any overseas orders please speak to us for delivery times before placing an order.

When placing an order it is a good idea to supply us with either an email address or a mobile number where the courier can send delivery details. The courier will contact you with a 1 hour time slot for delivery, if this is not convenient there will be an option to rearrange delivery with the courier for a more convenient time.
